Why do we use your personal information? 

 

We use your personal information to send you offers, questionnaires and invitations via e-mail. 

 

To optimize your experience at RagBag, we send you relevant information, recommend products, send product reminders in your shopping bag and give you personalized offers. All of these are based on your purchase history, what you have clicked on and the information you have provided us. 

 

What categories of personal information do we process? 

 

We use the following categories: 

 

  • Contact information such as e-mail & postalcode  
  • What products and offers you have clicked on 

 

Who has access to your personal information? 

 

Information forwarded to third parties is used only to serve you, by media agencies and technical vendors in distribution of the digital direct marketing you signed up for. 

 

We never disclose, sell or exchange your personal information to third parties for marketing outside the LL Group. 

 

What is the legal basis for the processing of your personal information? 

 

We process your personal information based on the consent you give us when signing up to our newsletters.  

 

You can at any time revoke your consent to the processing of your personal information in connection with the direct marketing. 

 

If you choose to revoke your consent, RagBag will no longer be able to send you offers or invitations via email. 

 

You can revoke your consent in the following ways: 

 

  • By following the instructions in the individual marketing material sent to you 
  • Writing directly to: contact@ragbagstudio.com 

 

How long do we keep your personal information? 

We store your personal information used in connection with direct marketing until you revoke your consent. 

 

If you haven’t opened any our emails in one year, we will regard as you an inactive customer for a period of 12 months. 

 

Subsequently your personal information will be deleted.
